Research summary
In my first lab rotation, I used computational methods to evaluate the change in amplitude of low frequency fluctuations (ALFF) in patients watching movies and “rest” during MRI scans. The primary objectives were to assess the effects of processing and removing GLM residuals on movie versus rest ALFF. The project aimed to uncover the variables such as GLM processing, age, and normalization that may be affecting ALFF measurements in pediatric patients.
