Each year, the Roy Vagelos MSTP receives approximately 700 completed applications from prospective students. The process starts with the AMCAS submission and ends 10 months later with 25 individuals accepting our admissions offer. Here is what happens between those two time points:

| Accept WashU MSTP Offer | April 30, 2027 |
| 2027 MSTP Matriculation | MSTP orientation and the first lab rotation begin in July 2027 |
