Research summary
I am broadly interested in research that integrates computational and experimental approaches to understand the molecular basis of complex disease. In particular, I am drawn to questions at the interface of genomics and data-driven biology, using multi-modal cellular measurements—spanning genomic, epigenomic, and chromatin-level data alongside downstream phenotypes—to gain insight into processes such as immune cell activation and neuronal firing.
