Research summary
During my rotation in the Cremins Lab, I worked on modeling AAV transduction efficiency across neuronal bodies. The project aims to establish a map of the functional neural connectome at the single synapse level. This technology will expand capabilities of functional neuroanatomy to dissect brain circuits across behavior and disease.
