Research summary
During my second lab rotation, I expressed a construct of IL2 with SpyTag and then assembled it with several different backbones with SpyCatcher. The backbones were multimers capable of assembling to form a construct that would display IL2 at different surface densities based on the backbone’s structure. I then tested how these variations of IL2 might impact T Cell proliferation/growth. I also helped analyze some phosphoproteomics data to address a reviewer for a paper.
