Research summary
Previous work in the lab has identified an unusual increase in “Double negative” T-cells (DNTs) in metastatic pancreatic cancer patients, following checkpoint blockade therapy. For my project, I used single-cell multiomic (RNA + TCR) data of T-cells in healthy blood and tonsils to identify putative cells of origin for DNTs.
