Research summary
We are investigating whether Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) with different initiating and cooperating mutations lead to different immune responses, and whether there are common and unique mechanisms of immune escape. A better understanding of the mechanisms of immune escape in AML can lead to rational design of novel immunotherapies for AML.
