Research summary
My work in Dr. Colonna’s lab focuses on B-cells in the meninges. I am utilizing mouse models and multiomic techniques to study the role of B-cells in autoimmune, traumatic, and congenital conditions of the central nervous system. In particular, I am looking at anti-NMDA autoimmune encephalitis, neuropsychiatric lupus, syndromic craniosynostosis and spinal cord injury.
