Research summary
I worked in the laboratory of Dr. Robert Schreiber in the summer of 2025 on sarcoma neoantigen discovery using mass spectrometry. Additionally, I analyzed single-cell RNA-sequencing data for T-cell profiling following tumor neoantigen vaccination. In the spring of 2026, I rotated in the laboratory of Dr. Michael Diamond, where I was using human organoids, specifically spleen and tonsils collected from adult and pediatric donors, respectively, to evaluate antibody responses to several seasonal influenza vaccine platforms.
