Research summary
The lab identified an interesting miRNA changed in animal models of ALS. This miRNA is part of a regulatory circuit. We have developed tools to manipulate both their levels. The goal was to test how these regulatory RNAs manipulation affects ALS-models and more broadly how the regulatory RNAs both regulate and are regulated by proteasomal and autophagy pathways.
